Understanding that our role as high performance manufacturers is a key to our customers success, we make sure that both Lanzen Fabricating facilities are equipped with the latest in manufacturing technologies. Our relationships with manufacturing partners, suppliers and subcontractors depends on their willingness to make the same kind of commitment.
Along with our compliment of well maintained fabrication machinery, such as shears, press brakes and welding machines, we employ, in our Roseville (Michigan) plant, the use of Finn-Powerİ and Strippitİ CNC turret fabricators for sheet metal punching, a Cincinnatiİ Laser Cutting System for precision shape cutting, four Fadalİ and two Hurcoİ CNC vertical machining centers. Our Mancelona (Michigan) facility, also features roll forming machinery and full surface treating and production painting equipment. Both plants are equipped for production assembly and maintain packaging facilities capable of fulfilling the demanding packing and labeling requirements of our military customers.
We also support our manufacturing efforts with CAD/CAM software, featuring Solidworksİ (CAD) and MetalSoftİ (CAM). We can receive your digital blueprints via e-mail or disk, and have the capability of opening a majority of CAD extensions, including ProE.
Providing timely information is a key to successful manufacturing. All orders placed with Lanzen Fabricating are entered and tracked electronically through our centralized information system. This system incorporates a network of PC's in both facilities and allows manufacturing management employees to get the latest information on any order, at any time, anywhere throughout our plants and offices.
